Pros:
It is relatively quiet and clean. Accessible as well.
Cons:
On the upper floors he garbage tends to stink especially over weekends. Garbage rooms have no ventilation. Also had an apartment with a balcony and the pigeons made it impossible to enjoy. Lots of pigeon poop
Advice to owner:
Do better for the price you charge! Very unresponsive and rude
