    Couldn’t find anything else...

    Pros:
    It’s private, it’s only two floors and it has a fire escape and a roof.
    Cons:
    It’s super expensive rent
    Yet, the building is literally falling apart
    There is suppose to be central air and heating and its always freezing in the building and the back rooms.
    There is so Secure security the locks are always broken downstairs and doors are constantly left open.
    The windows always have a draft so it’s blows in cold air in the winter
    The hallway is dirty all the time.
    The roof leaks. I wish I had a better response
    Advice to owner:
    We have made several complaints to the family that has ownership of the building and they have been fully aware of the multi issues and nothing has been changed. They simply don’t care enough to take care of there tenants.
