    Has so much potential

    Pros:
    Location. So close to the J/M and G/L. Best part of Williamsburg. Great ceilings
    Cons:
    Management company is extremely unorganized and will not respond to any of your requests
    Advice to owner:
    Have qualified people run your office

    Basically just a good starter apartment for lots of roommates. Not tons of special amenities.
