    Keep doing what your doing by keeping the building clean

    Not energy efficient
    Brutal walk ups
    Package situation is sketchy
    Advice to owner:
    Make utilities cheaper for your tenants by having energy efficient appliances and lighting. never made anything cleaner because of COVID, hallways are still super gross.
