    Pros:
    Low rent for area
    Cons:
    Constant issues with pests (mice + roaches), consistent leaks and water damage going unchecked for months, unresponsive landlord. issues with hot water being off constantly due to broken water heater. often go for days without heat in the winter. unmaintained building. landlord will not return your deposit- also received this feedback from prior tenant.
