Pros:
Location: Howard Beach is a well-established neighborhood in Queens with a suburban feel. The area offers a good mix of residential and commercial properties and is relatively close to JFK Airport.
Cons:
Flood Risk: The proximity to the waterfront may pose a higher risk of flooding, especially during severe weather events. It’s important to consider flood insurance and other preventive measures.
Advice to owner:
Renovation Potential: Look into the potential for renovations or upgrades that could increase the property’s value or appeal. A well-maintained and updated property is often more attractive to potential tenants or buyers.

Amazing place to call home
Former Tenant
Pros:
* Apartments themselves have nice interiors and plenty of space. Units get great light throughout the day.
* All the staff working there (doormen, porters, super) are all incredible and really make this a great place to live
* Location is great
Cons:
* Hot water had some issues in the building during the second half of last year. It seems like it's been a few months since it's been an issue so staying cautiously optimistic that it's fixed for good with the most recent repairs!
