    870 Pacific is lovely
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Beautiful apartment, convenient street, lovely landlord. We lived here for two years and had a delightful experience.
    Cons:
    Nothing with regard to the building or landlord, however there has been ongoing construction next door for several years.
