Nice but getting expensive

Pros:
Nice luxury building! We got a good deal for our unit
Cons:
Rent prices have been going up since Covid times which is understandable. But new rentals are not a good deal anymore

I liked the gym and the front desk system and the staff was friendly.
Cons:
It didn't seem that clean in the shared areas of the building.
