    Like minded neighbors
    Cons:
    Garbage cans were open in trash room resulting in mice

    Remove garbage more frequently

    Clean, well kept building. Nice views, great location.
    Cons:
    The landlords are borderline negligent. They ignored our requests to fix many different issues in our apartment many times. Even when they did send someone it would be at weird hours and they would never alert us when they were coming. Huge mold problem that went unattended, so we moved out.
    Advice to owner:
    Do better, people are trying to live.
