    Pros:
    The building is quiet, and clean with responsible and respectful tenants. Management always responds to repair requests quickly.
    Cons:
    I really can't think of a con.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep doing what you're doing.

    Great place to live. Kind and responsive landlord.
