No complaints, decent place

Pros:
Location wrt to transit is great
Friendly and helpful staff
Cons:
Outdated building, not as nice as the others
Amenities are not great for the $60 price
A bit overpriced

Nice but pricy

Pros:
Clean, quiet, doormen and staff very very helpful. Never had issues with neighbors or problem with the apartment that wasn’t immediately addressed.
Cons:
Price hikes are ridiculous. Only 1 elevator serves the Subcellar for laundry in each tower. Agonizing if you live on a higher floor.
