    Pros:
    Clean building, nice finishes, great doormen. The super is very responsive. The gym is also really nice.
    Cons:
    The washer/dryer could be better. An extra spin cycle is required otherwise the clothes don't dry.

    Pros:
    Everyone is friendly. Building is well looked after and respected by everyone who lives here and works here.
    Fixtures are top tier, anything that is broken is fixed instantly.
    Cons:
    Windows are thin so you can hear the odd drunk conversation at 10pm on a Friday. But it’s NYC so what do you expect!
