Good location Door man is great Big apartments

Gym dirty If something breaks they replace it with old broken replacements They don’t properly fix things Rent is high Beware! Apartments are full of mold! They only care about their money and not their tenants They say building is only 10 years old, but they bought the building and renovated at 12 years ago

Most units have a small private balcony. Apts facing back of building have larger balconies than those facing Bergen street. Some larger units have larger private roof space. There is a fenced and partially covered parking area behind the building that some residents use to walk their dogs or play with their kids but cars are in and out so you have to be careful.
