    Everything is great but the rent

    - safe and clean
    - responsive repairs people
    - no pests (yet)
    Cons:
    - shower water pressure randomly changes with no explanation. not a big deal though
    - can hear noise from neighbors in hallway. also traffic noises if you're next to the street
