Pros:
- Repairs requests are handled quickly
- Building looks great
- Doormen/mailroom employees are fantastic
- They didn’t skimp on appliances (May differ by unit)
Cons:
- Expensive
- Have to pay for the gym/patio (and must sign up for entirety of your lease)
- No recessed lighting in most of the apartment (as is sadly common in new NYC buildings)
