    Great building to live
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Nice/friendly neighbors.
    Low noise level - hardly hear your neighbors unless you’re in the hallway.
    Regularly clean the hallway and maintain the garbage area.
    The landlord is responsive and repair things fairly quickly.
    Cons:
    Random people sneak into the building and steal packages often.

    Not worth buying but not bad

    Pros:
    Good water temp, elevator, roofdeck, impossible to hear neighbors through walls, great maintenance guys keep the halls/garbage area clean
    Cons:
    Landlord hard to reach, central water line backs up sometimes, appliances second-rate, light fixtures hilariously bad
