    Good building great location

    Responsive super and fair about making timely repairs
    Cons:
    No cameras on intercom and packages get stolen
    Advice to owner:
    Creat a better system for stolen packages

    Great 2 story apt

    Pros:
    Had this 2 story apt for 2 years with balcony and rooftop access with view of NYC. Great place

    Close walk to Bedford Ave L station
    Cons:
    6 story walk up- narrow hallways.
    AC wasn’t working
    Had to buy our own W/D
