    Attentive landlord, park next door
    Cons:
    Outdated bathroom, no laundry or dishwasher
    Advice to owner:
    Update bathrooms, get rid of yellow stairwell walls

    Landlord never fixed things he said he would, big or small - rarely responded to emails
    Laundry unit was filthy and didn’t always work and both buildings used the one unit
    Rooms are small and awkward
    Far from train

    Keep up with maintenance!!
