    Fine building, unresponsive owner

    Pros:
    Overall a low maintenance, clean building. Comes with every amenity, including dishwasher and AC.
    Cons:
    The landlord never even once responded to my texts or emails. Always had to go to the super for building issues. That being said, the super was decent.
