    First landlord I've liked!

    Pros:
    Landlord is pretty responsive
    Cons:
    The person who handles the garbage curses (while yelling) about how much he hates both his job and the renters during his calls every week. Also, the basement is susceptible to flooding with large storms and you can hear everything below and above you.
    Advice to owner:
    Creating some repairs to maintain the building
