    Solid foundation, a lot of space in unit
    Cons:
    Management is slow to respond and maintenance does not arrive when scheduled

    Location, well renovated, good size
    Cons:
    Management was slow/ineffective to respond. Frequently their handyman will make appointments and just not show up.
    Advice to owner:
    Be better at communication with tenants — this includes your handymen!
