Great experience if you like high rent

Pros

Landlord is in top of everything. Great communication most of the time. Live in Super and janitorial staff are excellent.

Cons

Can occasionally neglect you when you have questions or concerns. Rent is way too high for comparable apartments in the area.

Pros

No extra cost for pets. Great rooftop views. Workout area in basement. Off street parking (additional cost).

Cons

Driveway gate always having issues. Snow clearing of driveway/parking lot was not prompt. Sometimes late partying neighbors in building. Lots of package theft due to view of lobby from street.
