    Pretty good, but management cuts corners

    Pros:
    - Competitive rent prices
    - Decent location
    - Great super
    Cons:
    - Management does not like to spend money. They are always looking for cheap fixes.
    - Packages get stolen
    - I've reported two gas leaks; their cheap fix didn't work for long. This seems to be an issue others have had. You need to be on top of checking for this kind of stuff

    great sized living space, love the double outdoor space, elevator always worked, quality materials
    Cons:
    perpetual leak and the heating system doesn't feel the most efficient

    nice reno in lobby
