    Nice but could be better
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Elevator building
    You control your own heat and air conditioning
    Apartments are spacious
    Neighbors are super nice and quiet
    Cons:
    Super steals your packages - get mail delivered elsewhere.
    Roaches everywhere in the common area - I had to get my own pest control service
    Advice to owner:
    GET A NEW SUPER
