Weird security deposit (obligo? With service fee you don’t get back even if apt is in perfect condition)
Sometimes unresponsive landlord

It’s a beautiful building for when you first move to New York and find your feet. Share space with room mates - it’s a COMMON coliving thannng
Cons:
Can get noisy - but that’s New York
