Having your rent bundled is great, Nice sized rooms
Cons:
They never know what’s going on, will rent out your room and hope you’re still living there and don’t clean the sidewalk for snow

Pros:
The building is relatively nice. Could be great if better maintained.
Cons:
Common Living currently manages it be they have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. 4-5 days to get any response and it is typically “sorry there is nothing we can do”. We have some floorboards in need of repair that are severely bloated and preventing a door from opening. I’m guessing it will be many months before they are fixed
