    Great space, could be more attentive to issues

    Pros:
    I loved the quietness of the building, friendly neighbors, big windows, furnished rooftop
    Cons:
    The property management could be better and more responsive to leaks and issues in the apartment. Often takes months to fix issues in apartment. Property manager seems to always be around, often times not sure why
    Advice to owner:
    Take care of building issues more promptly
