    I’d recommend it but prices are absurd in comparison to the area

    Location (4th avenue is becoming better)
    Cons:
    Cheap appliances that break all the time and aren’t fixed for weeks
    Elevators constantly broken
    Management company extremely unresponsive
    Too expensive for what it offers
    Rooftop closed for the whole summer
