Great building and management, but not the best neighborhood.

Pros:
great modern apts, gym and laundry in building. we had many incidents of package thief and the management made a package room for us. very cute cafe right in front of the building that has great coffee, and grocery shop and laundromat right under the building.
Cons:
bad location. almost a mile walk from any subway station. also super loud neighbors. lots of big noises including boom stereo from cars and fights on the street. not the prettiest neighborhood.
Advice to owner:
I love how responsive they are, they are pretty prompt with any apt facilities inquriy. although I had a crazy gamer neighbor who would scream and yell starting 2am till whenever he falls asleep. I asked for help and they didn't response to that. Tried calling the police yet the police told me to go to my landlord. Coudln't solve the problem so I'm moving out this month.
