    Great Building For Money

    Pros:
    Well Constructed building. appliances all worked. never saw pests. overall it was a great place to live. most NYC apartments dont have real kitchen exhausts and this place did.
    Cons:
    i think things could have been updated a bit more for the price.
    Advice to owner:
    update the appliances

    Pros:
    Clean, Pleasant atmosphere and Friendly Neighborhood with great restaurants. Grocery store and other shopping in convenient.
    Laundry in basement.
    Cons:
    No elevator. High price
    Advice to owner:
    Keep the laundry machines updated and fixed in a timely manner
