Pros:
The building itself is great and the backyard is nice and the neighbors are lovely.
Cons:
The landlords (a couple that owns the house) are very unpleasant to deal with. They lied to us about their son living in the basement illegally, among other things. They tried to keep our security deposit even though there was no reason to do so. We only got it back through third party intervention. The landlords also have towed our neighbors and threatened to tow us. They also did construction at odd hours and without notice. Whenever we brought up a grievance, they were hostile and unreceptive. They seem nice at first and then they quickly became combative with us. Also, the apartment wasn’t properly cleaned or painted when we arrived. The washing machine and dryer also don’t work. It says I have it two stars but I would give it fewer if I could.
