Pros:
Beautifully maintained, exquisite lobby décor. Helpful & Receptive Staff
Raul (Superintendent) is great, he gets all issue resolved quickly
Cons:
nothing bad to say

Beautiful building, mostly a lovely experience

Tall ceilings, quiet building, not too many units.
Cons:
Heat and hot water was sometimes a challenge.
Advice to owner:
The super was too busy with building problems to deal with issues that related to your unit.
