    Pros:
    New development, pretty sparkling clean.
    Cons:
    Loud neighbors and weird noises at night, across from Broadway so it's an ugly area with not a lot to do, nor is it a safe area. Atrocious wallpaper in the lobby.
    Advice to owner:
    Rethink the wallpaper
