Great place to live
Pros
Very clean, friendly and responsive management.
Cons
Could be more proactive about extermination… management was very responsive when I notified them about a cockroach issue, but I think preventative measures could have been taken Noticed some a cigarette/weed smoke smell after there was some tenant changes. It sometimes seeps into my unit unfortunately and the smell is frequently present in the hallways, but I don’t know how to address the issue.

Elevator down multiples times a week, with no notice from management.
