    Could Be Better

    Pros:
    Great appliances, beautiful building in general, cute outdoor area in back, pet friendly, super close to L and M lines
    Cons:
    Management was slow to respond to our bedroom ceiling crumbling, shower wall shattering, and the entire basement flooding (albeit the flood wasn’t their fault). Also there’s only one washer and one dryer for the entire building.
    Advice to owner:
    Maybe invest in more washer/dryers?

    Nice outdoor space, built in ac, laundry in building, cool neighborhood
    Cons:
    Issues with trash in the stairwells, leading to pest problems.
    Advice to owner:
    Stay on top of cleaning and trash disposal in the common areas.
