    renovated, generally was fine
    Cons:
    safety - didn't ever change the front door code
    hard to communicate with managers/workers
    leaked through the roof into our unit once

    Cons:
    terrible communication from management. barely responded to our tickets
    Advice to owner:
    fire the building manager and get a new one
