    Pros:
    Great location and well insulated for noise
    Cons:
    A lot of maintenance issues and difficult to coordinate with super who lived off sight
    Advice to owner:
    Do a better job of keeping building maintenance

    Pros:
    The super is AMAZING! He’s very responsive and fixed issues ASAP. landlord is also AWESOME, he actually cares about his tenants and I would 100% recommend living with him again.
    The rooftop is so great, and we loved having a washer dryer in unit. It’s a brand new building, with a decent amount of closet space.
    Pets are allowed, too, which is great!
    The views from all the windows are to die for and the apt gets so much natural light.
    The shower is great.
    Cons:
    The stairs are kind of narrow, which made moving in and out a little difficult but not impossible. The hot water would run out after 7 minutes or less in the shower. Small bathroom. Weird layout.
    Advice to owner:
    Get Bigger hot water heater & better internet in the building
