This building was newly remodeled when I moved in and modern yet solidly built - which is not always something you find with new builds in Bushwick. The landlord was also amenable to sending someone to ensure all gaps in the floorboards were caulked as I mentioned I’d had pest problems at my previous place. The apartment was quite small but the rooms were configured in such a way that each one still felt spacious. I stayed here for 6 years so clearly I was happy with it!
Cons:
Most of the complaints I have about this building are related to the former property owners. The building changed possession right before we moved out so that’s no longer applicable. The only other issue we ever had were some noisy neighbors and the floors were thin enough that the noise bled through pretty easily.
Advice to owner:
Just keep being as responsive and helpful as you were when we were leaving!
