Good location near Prospect Park
Cons:
Takes ages to get things fixed. Extremely cheap construction — doors made of plywood and won’t even close shut all the way.

Cons:
Things didn’t go well from the moment we moved in. The apartment was not ready for us at all : not painted or cleaned after the previous tenant .
We found a lot of trash all over apartment in the cabinets.
We realized how loud is the street outside our windows - it’s crazy.
Common areas and amenities are not finished , seemed like the owner was in a rush to have people in.
Everything in the apartment is falling apart. Just awful . Do not move in here !
