    Terrific place to live in Clinton Hill
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Location is fantastic right across from Pratt. Great amenities, Calyer on the corner is a terrific coffee shop. Easy access to fort Greene Park, the G is 15 minute walk away. Great restaurants!
    Cons:
    Elevator sometimes has problems like most buildings.
