The unit is functional. The windows in the bedrooms are probably the only redeeming quality for this apartment.
Cons:
The master bathroom shower head leaked 24/7 causing mold all the time. The noise level, well it’s NYC. There’s cockroaches all year long. It doesn’t matter the season. Washer and basement is always filthy. The busiest street in the neighborhood.
