    Clean, easy garbage disposal, nice size living rooms
    Cons:
    Expensive, unfinished roof, slow elevators

    Pros:
    The building is very clean, and any issues are addressed so fast you rarely even know if there was one to begin with. The management is great and very accommodating. It is very safe as well, I have never had one issue and I have lived in two different apartments in this building (one bed and two bed).
    Cons:
    I really cannot think of any cons.
