Solid building in bedstuy

Pros

Quick maintenance response. People in the building are nice. Pet friendly.

Cons

Occasional cockroaches. There's an auto shop on Dekalb that plays loud concerts every Saturday night until midnight. Common theft issues.

Good new building but some teething pains

Pros

Clean, great water pressure, great roof, bright spacious apartments and all amenities usually working with no issues

Cons

Usual issues with package room and building security if people arent mindful about closing doors, the building is pet friendly and sometimes you pay the price in pet hair / barking but this is pretty minor. The super is pretty hit or miss but they respond quickly at least
