    Pros:
    The roof is nice and the apartment utilizes the space in a smart way.
    Cons:
    Water pressure is extremely low and the shower SCREAMS at you every time you take one. Neighbors on the corner are extremely loud all summer. The super Greg takes months to years to fix simple issues and rent is continuously being raised throughout. The wiring for cable/internet in the building is faulty leading to extremely slow internet speeds and daily disconnections. Optimum has been to the building at least 6 times in the past year and nothing resolves it. Occasionally there are roaches in the building.
    Advice to owner:
    Stop cutting costs, you own tons of property and you'll keep losing good tenants until you start treating them with respect. If the super isn't getting the job done then find a new super.
