Pros:
- Location, both to transit and the greenness of Eastern Parkway
- Super and concierge are great
- Great light
Cons:
- expensive for what you get
- management can be aloof or unresponsive. Which is only an issue at the beginning and end of your lease

Nice building but thin walls

Pros:
The building staff was great. The apartments are nicely maintained and have nice fixtures. Location is near the Franklin express stop is excellent.
Cons:
Some residents were rude when using the amenities (e.g., playing loud music or smoking in the pool room). Also the walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbor's music constantly.
