    management is responsive
    you can't hear your neighbors which is great
    friendly neighbors
    clean building
    Cons:
    elevator was always out because its an indoor elevator that is placed outside

    Super never answers phone
    Lights broken in courtyard for almost 6 months
    Gym equipment broken whole time I’ve been living here
