    Great value but slow management/not enough

    Pros:
    Space, location, quiet, price, trash bin system
    Cons:
    Only one washer/dryer machine as mentioned by other review, and both poorly maintained - dryer filter not fitting in slot. Sometimes construction on neighboring apts spill out into ours. Water pressure is reliably low more than not, get dirty water every other month or so
    Advice to owner:
    Clean up water system and laundry room, super should respond to requests sooner

    One washer and dryer for an entire building? Really?
