    Pros:
    water pressure
    amenities - gym and rooftop
    location next to subway
    required fob for entry
    floor to ceiling windows and real hardwood floors
    haven’t seen any cockroaches inside yet
    Cons:
    not secure /exclusive to residents - retail/commercial spaces in building have access to rooftop and package space

    packages go missing

    weak bathroom and kitchen fans = high humidity, mold grows quickly, kitchen smells hard to clear out (recommend air purifier)
