High quality, modern finishings in unit. Even north-facing units get lots of light. Sound-proofed windows are very effective even when the occasional boy racer zooms by. Quiet neighbors but friendly when you do cross paths. Regular cleaning of building common areas and trash area.
Cons:
No complaints about the building itself. Subway connectivity is not great.
Advice to owner:
Some better roof furniture and perhaps BBQ would be a nice addition.
