The basement flooded, so be aware of that. I also had my bike stolen here. The building is not secure.
Property owner should take care to vet their tenants properly, one of the families is in a domestic violence situation and it's very sad. Not sure what a couple of the people who live there do for a living it seems a bit sketchy.
